Our mission

The Oven Bakery was founded on the belief that wholesome and organic ingredients only make the best of foods. Through baking, creating great breads and pastries,we connect with our community by feeding our family, friends and neighbors. Our breads are made with sourdough cultures created over a decade ago. We start with the best ingredients and use traditional methods to create consistently high quality handcrafted breads and pastries. Our dough is mixed by hand, the bread is hand shaped and baked in a wood fired brick oven.

Our commitment to excellence extends beyond our products, to the service and value we provide every day. We are driven by our ethical and moral principles to practice business with honesty and openness.

Our strength comes from relationships. The character of our business is unique because of the people we employ, the community we serve, and the local businesses and farmers who provide us with quality ingredients.

Monday: 7:30 - 12:00

Tuesday: 7:30 - 5:00

Wednesday: 7:30 - 12:00

Thursday: 7:30 - 5:00

Friday: 7:30 - 12:00

Friday Night Pizza: 5:00 - 7:00

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: 2:00 - 5:00.

Closing hours may vary depending on work load.
